All Tsumi-Ishi and decor pieces are delicate, handcrafted items. Please handle with care and always hold from the base, avoiding pressure on shells, ornaments, or narrow parts. While packaging these decorations carefully, the artist is not responsible for damage caused during or after shipping due to mishandling. Refunds or replacements are only offered for defects present before shipping. By purchasing, you acknowledge the fragile nature of these items and agree to handle them responsibly.
