These sensational handcrafted statues are created from natural fragments such as basalt stones and shells gathered from beaches and creeks and assembled together with patience, balance, and harmony, with each fragment is carefully broken and placed by hand, responding to subtle cues of balance and weight.

 

Inspired by the Japanese tsumi-ishi tradition — the art of balancing stones — every artifact emerges slowly through patience and intuition, forming a small universe of harmony where every curve and crack matters aesthetically.
